NSW: Man dies when car hits tree

SYDNEY, Aug 15 AAP - A 20-year-old man died when his car hit a tree in the front yard
of a house at Condobolin, in NSW's central west.

The man lost control of his Commodore sedan sending it into the tree in the front yard
of the property.

The car came to rest in the yard of a second house about 1.30am (AEST) today, police said.

The driver, from Condobolin, was found dead at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the car.
