BVO: US beat Brazil for beach volleyball gold

Americans MISTY MAY and KERRI WALSH have finished off their Olympic beach volleyball
competition with a perfect record and a gold medal after beating Brazil in straight sets
in the final match.

The Americans, who didn't drop a set in Athens, have beaten the veteran Brazil team
of SHELDA BEDE and ADRIANA BEHAR 21-17 21-11 to become the first US women to bag a gold
on the sand.
